if you have steam (and i know most people do now a days) and have purchased your copy of skyrim on it you are elegable to try install and play the beta update to Skyrim. i'm installing it now to see what all there is to offer. i do remember there being a statement about moding tools comeing with the 1.4 update. lets see.
update: all and all it isn't bad. a few video bugs when it comes to the 12.1 update with ati gfx drivers. that and. i havn't ran into a dragon the whole time i've been playing (wonder if my epic archery skills scared them away)
