As you know, MegaUpload was taken down due to piracy laws violations.
To prevent closure, FileSonic decided to suspend file sharing over the internet (including its affiliation program) which means you can only upload and download your own files.

I don't see how that would work out. Unless they've got advertisements there. I suppose it wouldn't be subscription based since they say "free" in the article.
